These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the player, and ze777. If there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age, ze777 may suspend the account and request documentation to confirm identity and age before any activity, withdrawal or bonus release is processed. Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC, passport or driving licence.
If it is established that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration, ze777 will close the account immediately, void all bets placed and return deposited funds (less any amounts paid out as winnings) at ze777's discretion. Any winnings generated during underage use will be forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one ze777 account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
When registering on ze777, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
Your ze777 account credentials — particularly your password — must be kept confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact ze777 support immediately at support@ze777.life.
ze777 reserves the right to verify player identity at any time. Accounts may be temporarily restricted pending successful identity verification. Players who refuse or fail to complete verification may have their accounts closed and withdrawals withheld pending review.
Accounts that have had no activity (no login, deposit or bet) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ze777 will notify the account holder before applying any dormant account administration fee. Remaining balances are always accessible once the account is reactivated.
All financial transactions on ze777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ze777 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits are credited to your ze777 balance instantly in the majority of cases. In rare instances, processing delays caused by the payment provider may extend this by up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited within this window, contact ze777 support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests for standard accounts are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. ze777 VIP Club members at Platinum tier and above benefit from priority processing with target completion within 5 minutes. Processing times may vary for bank transfers depending on your bank's own clearing schedule.
ze777 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and VIP Club benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to the general principles set out here. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Welcome Bonuses: Available to new ze777 registrations only. One welcome bonus per player, per household and per IP address. Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before they become withdrawable as cash.
Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, bonus funds on ze777 are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount across eligible sports betting and casino markets before withdrawal is permitted. VIP Club Cashback: Weekly cashback credited as part of the ze777 VIP Club programme carries zero wagering requirements. It is treated as withdrawable real-money balance from the moment it is credited. The amount is calculated on net losses in the preceding calendar week and credited each Monday.
Bonus Abuse: ze777 actively monitors for bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed specifically to meet wagering requirements while minimising risk, and sharing bonus access. ze777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if abuse is detected.
Promotional Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the promotional validity period stated on the relevant offer will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. ze777 is not liable for bonus funds forfeited through inactivity.
ze777 offers betting on cricket (including PSL, international T20, ODI and Test), football (covering domestic leagues and international competitions), virtual sports and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on ze777.
Bet Acceptance: All bets on ze777 are subject to acceptance by the platform. ze777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without explanation. This includes — but is not limited to — bets placed at odds that resulted from a technical or pricing error.
In-Play Betting: In-play bets on ze777 are subject to a short acceptance delay. ze777 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome they concern has already been determined, regardless of whether the official result had been published at the time of placement.
Bet Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, FIFA for international football, etc.). In the absence of an official result within a reasonable timeframe, ze777 reserves the right to settle bets based on available and reliable data sources.
Void Bets: Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or cancelled without completing the minimum period of play required to produce a result; the market was priced with a clear and material error; or where ze777 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised.
ze777's casino section — including roulette, Teen Patti, live dealer games and virtual sports — is governed by the same general account and payment terms set out in this document. The following additional provisions apply specifically to casino and game products.
RNG and Fairness: All RNG-based games on ze777 (including non-live versions of roulette, virtual sports and slot games) use certified random number generators that are independently tested for fairness. Results are not influenced by previous outcomes, player activity or ze777's commercial interests.
Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during any casino game on ze777 — including disconnection, server error or display error — ze777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided at ze777's discretion.
Live Casino: Live dealer games on ze777 are operated in real time with human dealers. ze777 is not responsible for any delays or interruptions caused by the live studio's technical infrastructure.
